Tokyo Mule

Ingredients: 

  • Vodka: 30ml 
  • Hojicha: 40ml
  • Lime Juice: 15ml
  • Giner Beer/Ginger Ale: about 80-100ml
  • Lime Slice
  • Ice 


Instructions: 

  1. Add hojicha, vodka, lime juice in a shaker and shake well.  
  2. In a cup, add ice and pour in the contents in the shaker. 
  3. Top it off with ginger beer/ginger ale. 
  4. Garnish with a lime slice.
