1. Returns

We do not accept returns for any tea products, whether the package is opened or unopened. However, if your tea order arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send you a replacement.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps to request a replacement:

• Provide a brief description of the issue
