We ship worldwide from Japan using reliable, cost-efficient methods — with the goal of delivering your tea as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Japanese national holidays). We typically dispatch your order within one to two business day after purchase.

We offer two options for international delivery:

1. Standard Shipping – International ePacket Light from Japan Post

Our default method for global orders

  • Delivery in 10-14 business days

  • Tracking Number available for most countries

  • Delivered directly to your mailbox

3. Customs & Duties

Customs duties and import taxes are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • 🇺🇸 U.S. Orders under $800 are generally duty-free

  • 📦 We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarders

  • a | round tea reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these criteria
