GENMAICHA MOJITO

A refreshing twist on the classic mojito, this cocktail blends the earthy warmth of roasted rice green tea with the brightness of mint and lime. Balanced with a touch of sweetness and topped with soda for a crisp finish, it’s a light yet flavorful drink that bridges tradition and tropical flair.

INGREDIENTS:

Rum: 30ml 
Genmaicha: 40ml
Lime Juice: 10ml
Simple Syrup: 5ml
Mint 
Soda: about 80-100ml
Ice 
Lime Slice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add genmaicha, rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and mint in a shaker and shake well.  
  2. In a cup, add ice and pour in the contents in the shaker. 
  3. Top it off with soda. 
  4. Garnish with mint and lime if necessary.
