Made with hojicha evasive amber paradise
Here’s one for the smoky tea lovers. This take on a classic mule swaps out the usual punch for something a little more grounded—hojicha. Earthy, roasted, and just the right amount of unexpected. Add vodka, a squeeze of lime, and a splash of ginger fizz, and you’ve got yourself a cocktail that feels both cozy and fresh.
IN THE MIX:
+ Vodka: 30ml
+ Hojicha: 40ml
+ Lime Juice: 15ml
+ Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale: about 80-100ml
+ Lime Slice
+ Ice
MIX IT UP:
1. Add Hojicha, vodka, and lime juice to a shaker and shake well.
2. Fill a glass with ice and pour the contents of the shaker over it.
3. Top with ginger beer or ginger ale.
4. Garnish with a slice of lime and serve.
