    My favorite genmaicha! Not only does it taste great, but what makes this one special is that both the green tea and the roasted rice are grown on the same estate. It’s comforting, rich, and deeply satisfying - highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality and traceability in their tea!

    I got a sample of TEA-SY at the Spirits of Nanban in Lisbon recently, and it was such a great surprise. I wasn’t familiar with Japanese tea — or Genmaicha — but discovering it in a tea bag made it so easy, no special tools needed. I absolutely loved the taste. I never imagined tea and roasted rice would go so well together, but it just works. So comforting and unique!
