Speak-tea-sy Vol.1 : Cocktail Night in Daikanyama

We hosted our very first「Speak-tea-sy」on August, 26th

The concept is as straightforward as it gets, obviously based on the prohibition's speakeasy, we gathered our dear friends in a secret location for a special night around tea cocktails.

We wanted our first event to embody the heart and soul of a | round tea. 
Good moments together around a cup of tea, a modern take on traditional Japanese tea, the whole wrapped in our beloved Tokyo lifestyle and culture.
 
 

Hosted in our very own Studio Kitchen located - you guess it - in Daikanyama, Tokyo.

We enjoyed the last days of summer together with friends and incredible tea cocktails creatively designed and masterfully crafted by our neighbours and friends from Tea Bucks 

 And the menu speaks for itself : 

1. 玄米茶ハイ：Genmaicha Shochu made with The Popstar
2. レモングラス山茶梅酒 : Lemon Grass, Roasted Wild Tea and Plum Wine made with The Wild One
3. 山茶アマレット : Roasted Wild Tea and Amaretto made with The Wild One

4. 抹茶ジントニック : Matcha and Gin Tonic made with the The Regal

The eclectic artist and performer Rhyme blessed us with her own and unique beautiful take on the traditional Japanese instrument Koto mixed with her creative improvised poems and songs. 

Beautiful summer sky, stunning musical performances, tea cocktails, and our friends -
We really could have asked for more!
